1/29/06 3:50 pm - Curse partially lifted and over 4,000 pts. on my listing!

I did have a date last night, we went to a comedy club and then to dinner. So apparently I'm not totally cursed. It was fun! The funniest comedian there
was only 15 yrs. old and he was hilarious. Yay for comedy! Too bad my date knew pretty much NOTHING about comedy. lol

So today is reserved for helping my cousin clean up around the house and maybe meeting with one of her friends to plan the baby shower on March 4.
It's SOOOO close to baby day, we're all getting super excited. I think we're even going to paint the extra little office room that we're gonna make into a
nursery today.

Other than that, I have no plans at this point, so when I say that I'll be on today, I should actually mean it. I know I wasn't last time I said that, we ended up
going shopping for baby stuff (AGAIN), but today I really do want to just stay home and chill. So hopefully I'll get a bunch of great calls in!

Finally, I have to tell a little story about something that happened. I'm sure you all recognize the name "Ubu", I talk about him in my journal a lot. He's a super
funny, totally awesome guy who calls me often and chats with me pretty much every day. I had a different guy call once and ask me to oink during a call.
I refused. Then I told Ubu about it...and when we did a call the other day, I was talking about calls I'd had that day...I think I was telling him that I hadn't had
any spectacularly hot ones lately. And he said, "Well, at least they aren't asking you to oink!"

I just laughed and started making barn yard animal noises, as many as I could think of. I got carried away and I think I annoyed him, but I just couldn't help
it, it was really crackin' me up. I was basically singing "Old MacDonald" in my head and doing those animal noises. I told Ubu that and then we went on to
do our normal call.

When we got off the phone, another call came right through and the Niteflirt user name showed as "mmcdonald99" on the call alert screen. I thought it
was Ubu, calling back with a changed user name to fuck with me. BUT IT WASN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol It actually WAS a guy whose last name was McDonald. Is
that freaking WEIRD OR WHAT?! I couldn't stop laughing; I'm sure the guy thought I was on crack or something. I finally calmed down and we did a call.
Thank GOD he left a 5 star rating cause I don't think Ubu would have believed me about it if he hadn't!
