This year, I have a bachelorette party the night before, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be feeling kinda yucky the next day. It’s gonna be hard to drag myself outta bed, into the shower and over to my friend’s house for the game. I’ll do it though!

I’ve actually been hitting the gym extra hard for a couple of weeks, hoping that kicking myself into serious shape will help me recover from a night of drinking better/faster. Is that just a ridiculous pipe dream? lol
Anyway, I should be around all day today for calls. I’ve gotten some great calls lately, and got a few more tips from guys who saw my blog entry about my stove catastrophe. I really do appreciate it so much. Talk to you soon!

I’ve only been in this place since Oct. and a friend of mine who’s in construction had mounted the microwave for me. Since I’d just remodeled my kitchen a couple of years ago, I brought all my appliances with me when I moved, even though I’m renting now. I wanted my nice, newish stuff with me.

It’s going to cost $400 to fix both items. Since I’m just now getting back to doing calls full time, that’s a pretty substantial hit to my wallet.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and the piece of crap beater car that I borrowed from friends breaks down on my way to an appt. My friends had been planning to buy a new car and she works from home, so she was just borrowing her dad’s car so I could drive their hunk of junk. Well, her dad had been unemployed and now he’s looking for a job, so even if that car hadn’t broken down, I’d still be out a car as soon as her dad finds work….because they’ve decided against buying something else now for some reason. UGH!
My credit couldn’t be worse, I’m in the process of giving my house back to the bank and my last vehicle got repo’d about two years ago…so I start submitting apps. online, trying to find financing. This place calls me back, says they can definitely get me a car, they absolutely have multiple options for $7,000 or less and can get me a payment of $300/mo. with no problem.

I drive 45 mins. in the snow to the place and when I get there, they give me 3 options (after I sit there and wait while the dumb ass copies paperwork for 45 mins.). One is a TRUCK, one is $12,000 and the third one, the only one that actually first my requirements, IS MISSING! They can’t find it. But regardless, they were trying to charge me a few grand more than the freaking thing was worth, on top of charging me 25% interest and making me buy a $1300 warranty. I was PISSED.

The dude was acting like he couldn’t possibly understand why I wasn’t jumping at the chance to drop 15k on a newer car with less miles. He just couldn’t fathom that I wouldn’t be so excited to be ABLE to buy something expensive that I wasn’t sucking his dick in gratitude right then and there.
It’s been a couple of days now and I found a place that will sell me an 08 PT Cruiser that only has 65,000 miles on it for $9k. It’s more than I wanted to spend, but the payment would only be $250/mo. and I think I can swing that. I’m trying to find someone to go with me to look at it today.

So anyway, that’s been my life lately. It’s like I’ve been in the Twilight Zone!

I did send out an email to my clients about my microwave disaster and I got a few really supportive emails, calls and a few tips. I really appreciate it, guys, I really do.

I’m trying my best not to be a drag and just send out emails when bad things happen and I need money, but God…I’ve gotta catch a break SOMETIME, right?

I think I’m gonna go buy this car later, but other than that, I should be around a lot this week…trying to get money together for the down payment on this new car.  Hope you feel like helping and want to give me a call!

I sent out an email today about reorganizing my customer files on Niteflirt. If you haven’t called me in awhile, I’m gonna move your information to an archive and you won’t get updates or free minutes anymore. It’s a way for me to start fresh without having to start a whole new account.

I’m also going to have my listings redesigned. I’ve never had the graphics updated since I started back over 6 yrs. ago, so I definitely think it’s time! I’m pretty broke since I just moved though and just started doing calls again full time, so if someone wants to help me pay for the designer, I’d really appreciate it! I’ll be doing calls all night tonight, all day tomorrow and then probably most of the day Thursday as well. Hopefully Thursday night will be me and my man all night! A lot has changed for me in the past year or so since I stopped doing calls full time. I didn’t end up going back to school, but I have moved and am now living alone in a basement apartment of an old lady’s house and I LOVE it. I’m not even in Cali anymore, but haven’t totally decided whether I’m gonna tell my callers where I actually live again or just make something up. It caused a few complications the first time around and there are some benefits to telling a little white lie as far as location is concerned. I’ll let you know when I decide.

Most of you know that I broke up with Erin years ago and now I’ve got a boyfriend. We haven’t been together that long, but it’s good so far and he’s done a few calls with me already. It’s been AMAZING! If you’re interested in calling us together, let me know and I’ll try to schedule it for you. We only see each other a few times a week.

I didn’t end up going back to school, decided to move out of state instead. For now, I’m just trying to keep my expenses low and earn enough money to pay my bills doing calls. I hope some of you missed me and decide to call soon!

I’m gonna be doing a few updates to the other pages of the site over the next few weeks to make it more current/updated. For now, I’m gonna try to keep normal business hours for calls so I have time to spend with my man and my friends. On days when I have nothing else going on, I may be signed in during the evening, but not regularly.

For those of you who are checking out my site for the FIRST TIME and are confused, feel free to browse through my blog…it should explain a bit more of what I’m talking in this entry. I’m sure you already gathered that I did calls full time at one point (for 5 yrs. even!) and then retired. I’m BACK now though and ready to blow your mind!

I AM!

I haven’t retired yet, but I’m still planning on it. I might be going back to school in May, but I’m not sure yet. I am doing other things for money right now, but am still signing in during the day for calls.

There’s quite a list of guys who want to be able to call me after I retire and that’s great. I’ll still sign in every so often for calls even if I do go back to school.

I wish I could say that things at Niteflirt were turning around and that I’d changed my mind about retiring, but that’s not the case. I still get regular complaints from callers that they can’t get through and I’ll go days without getting any calls. I know that some of that is due to technical glitches.

I’ll be around during the day for at least another month. Give me a call and let’s have some fun!

If anything, the reaction has helped me reaffirm my decision to continue to allow a select few callers to continue calling me even after I officially “retire”. So far there are 16 people in the list out of over 4,000 clients. That’s a fairly dismal %, but if the group contains ONLY guys that I like talking to, I forsee my life being a lot more pleasant in the future.

On a related note, I don’t want to blow up his ego too badly, but just a couple of days ago I had a VERY pleasant call with a guy who’d only called me once before. The pre-sex chit chat was fun and funny and the sex part was my favorite….he did ALL the talking! Woohoo!

I don’t even know how long it’s been since I’d had a call like that…where I make a huge mess and am weak in the knees when it’s time to hang up as a result of multiple orgasms. If I had calls like that more often, I would never retire!

I’ve actually started doing some tarot reading calls over on Keen and that’s helping out a little bit. It’s totally WEIRD to have people calling me up to read tarot cards, but hey…it’s money.

That said, I’d rather get money from horny guys than delusional chicks! haha Call me!

I’ve already mentioned this to a few of you and I’m sure that others have already noticed that I haven’t been around as much for the past few months. Since Niteflirt’s “upgrade” a year ago, it’s been a struggle to maintain my business and I’m finally waving the white flag.

I’ve lost a lot of clients due to glitches (int’l callers can’t connect, others being unable to get through to me even though I’m available or being unable to add money to their accounts mid-call) and the clientele who has remained is largely into topics that I’m not enthusiastic about providing.

This is a sad occasion for me. When I first started doing calls full time over 5 yrs. ago, I absolutely loved it. I looked forward to signing in and rarely got a discouraging call. I enjoyed being a part of my caller’s lives and having them be a part of mine. Now I can barely bring myself to answer the phone because I know it’s likely to be someone I don’t enjoy talking to.

That said, there are quite a few of you that I do still like talking to! I will be signed in for fairly normal hours over the course of the next couple of months and then I’ll probably start using a line that isn’t available to the “public” since we no longer have the ability to be on alerts or have appointments.

If you’d like to call and you see that I’m not available, feel free to send me an email. I might be around and willing to take your call even if I’m not wanting to have my lines open to new callers!

I’ll take this opportunity to say thank you to those of you who have been supportive and “fuck you” to those who made me start hating this job…I admit it, you finally ran me off.

I spent most of yesterday cooking some meals up for a friend’s sister who is pregnant and just got put on bed rest. Their little family eats very healthy and she was worried that her health would suffer if they ate a lot of fast food or just food from any restaurant, really….most of the time, food prepared in a restaurant just simply has a lot of extra salt, fat and calories.

I made her a spinach and artichoke pasta dish with high protein pasta so even though it’s a vegetarian dish, it’s loaded with protein. Parmesan, mozzarella, onions, garlic, oregano & the veggies all mixed up in a homemade cream sauce and then topped with even more cheese. YUM.

I also made a sausage, lentil and kale soup. Fake sausauge, but tastes just like the real thing! Isn’t it funny how it’s the seasonings in sausage that make it taste “sausagey”? And yes, I just made that word up. Onions, garlic, red bell pepper, potato, fresh herbs and then a huge load of kale all in a flavorful doctored up broth. Delicious and nutritious!

I’m taking a cake decorating class that started on Saturday, so I baked up some sugar cookies yesterday so I could practice my piping techniques and I’m gonna bring some of those over too. Yes, I know, sugar overload, but at least they’re homemade and organic!

Anyway, enough talk of food, I suppose. I really don’t have a whole lot else going on…ya know, it’s hard to be fun and exciting when you’re broke. Anyone have any suggestions? We’re gonna be low on funds this whole month too…so I’d appreciate ideas for fun stuff to do that doesn’t cost a ton of money!

Today’s gonna be rough, it’s a banking holiday so no chance of a deposit and I have a whopping $14 in my bank account. Guess I won’t be going anywhere today either! haha It just means I should be around if you want to give me a call though! Let’s celebrate the end of summer together!
