Ok, I’m back!
Valentine’s Day was actually a great day for me. I had to go into the city to help my friend the day before and I woke up in a hotel room on Valentine’s Day. I got ready, went back to help her again and then came back to get ready for my date. I was supposed to meet him at at restaurant downtown, but I was running late (go figure), so I had him pick me up at the hotel instead.Â
He was SO HOT! Super tall, dimples, nice teeth (which everyone knows I’m really concerned about lol). We went to dinner and had good conversation there. He was fascinated by my job and wanted to know all about it. Then we went to a musical. It was a good date. I wish we’d had more time to spend together, but he had to work in the morning, so we parted ways after that.
As I’d written here, I didn’t think the jazz singer was going to show up…so around 1 am, I went to sleep. At 4, my cell phone rang and it was him, asking which room I was in. I was a little bit annoyed since he hadn’t been able to commit to coming and I’d already been sleeping, but I went ahead and let him come over.
I’m really glad I did.
Last time with him, I’d squirted for the first time (see THIS journal entry if you haven’t read that story) and I definitely wanted to do it again. It turns out that he knows some woman who works at a university who’s considered to be an expert on the subject and he’d had a tutoring session with her. In other news, you know how my roommate is like 8 months pregnant? Well, she’s had like 3 ultra sounds and every time, the doctor said it was a girl. She had another one yesterday and it is CLEARLY a BOY! OH MY GOD! Do you KNOW how much shit we have to take back to the store now??????? She’s going to have to go redo all of her gift registries and everything! At least we hadn’t had the baby shower yet and we hadn’t painted the nursery. That would have REALLY sucked. I was all excited for a girl, too. *pout* Boys are made of snails and puppy dog tails and stuff….ew!! *giggles*
I plan to work all weekend since I took those days off earlier in the week. I miss Erin. I think it’s going to be a record amount of time between visits this time, I don’t think I’m going to see her again until the weekend of March 4. She’s coming down for my cousin’s baby shower. She’s doing well though and we still talk every day.
