Wow, it’s starting to get harder and harder for me to remember to update this darn blog. What is wrong with me?

Life is crazy, as always. Insane fights with the boy, making up, dinners with friends, hanging out with Erin and my roomies, lots of great food…

I think I’ve mentioned my addiction to Starbucks in here a few times. If not, here it is. I drink at least one coffee from Starbucks every day. It depends on my mood, but I always get either a hot nonfat peppermint white chocolate mocha or an iced caramel macchiato.

I realized a couple of weeks ago that I spend about $100 a month on coffee so I decided to go ahead and get an espresso machine. I took myself down to Bed, Bath & Beyond and plunked down $150. I spent another $50 or so on accessories, coffee and syrups and stuff and proceeded to make coffee.

The machine I got SUCKED. I ended up taking it back with coffee grounds all over it (it exploded on me) and told them that it tried to kill me several times. The manager ended up coming over to help me himself and gave me a $400 machine for $300 because I’d had so much trouble with the original one. What really happened is that he clearly wanted to fuck me so he gave me an awesome discount. haha

It was a special order though so I had to wait. I finally got it a couple of days ago and YAY! I love it and easily duplicated my favorite drinks.

Erin and I spent the night at the boy’s house last night. We all drank it up, danced and fucked our brains out. No group stuff, but Erin fucked the boy’s best friend again. He has a HUGE dick and this time he was super awesome in bed (his performance has been uneven in the past hah). We came home after breakfast, took a nap, licked and played with each other and then she headed out. Sorry we didn’t get a chance to do any calls.

I have a pretty tame week ahead of me as far as I know. I should be on and taking calls during most of my normal times. Call me and let’s play!

Just wanted to write up a little something and let you all know that I’m still around…I’m just chillin’ and generally enjoying the summer.

I’ve been a bit of a homebody lately, which is fine. I go through party phases and then sometimes I just want to stick close to home and do normal stuff. I’ve set myself to the task of mastering some classic summer time recipes and I’m doing great so far. I’ve had a simple potato salad down for quite awhile. Everyone requests it whenever I have or go to a gathering, but I got sick of making it for the millionth time when I made it on the 4th and decided I wanted to expand my repetoire.

So I made baked beans! Yep, from scratch, in a crock pot. They rocked. I’m going to try pasta salad today that has olives, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese in a mustard vinaigrette. I have a feeling that this one will be perfect from the first try too.

What else should I make? Don’t most barbeques have potato salad, pasta salad, baked beans, chips and some kind of meat? I don’t do meat, so I’m safe there. What other typical summer dish can I master? Hmm? Give me some ideas!

The boy is out of town til Monday and I won’t see Erin again until next weekend, so I imagine that I’ll be signed in a lot for the next week or so. There are a couple of  movies I want to go see (Hellboy II, Journey to the Center of the Earth), so I’ll be out for that. I was just looking on Yahoo movies and I guess a new spoof movie is coming out next month called “Disaster Movie”? That looks pretty dumb/funny just like the others of its kind.

I saw Hancock and Wall-E last weekend. I won’t post a big ol’ review, but I liked both of them. Hancock had a twist and a half that had us all goin’ “HUH?”, but I enjoyed it. It didn’t really end with a definite sequel hint though, so I don’t think there will be one. Who knows.

Anyway, I’m off to shower and eat something. I’ll be signed in all day probably, so let’s fuck!

Oh yeah! Shout out to my long time caller who had me playing strip Rock, Paper, Scissors while we were stuck in an elevator. I think that’s quite possibly one of the most fun and creative calls I’ve ever had…whose idea was that anyway? HAHAHA love ya

Sorry I haven’t updated lately…calls are up and down and it’s hard for me to stay motivated to update this thing when I’m not really getting any calls! I say that knowing that last month was pretty much the best month I’ve had this year and so far this year has been way better than last, but you guys know how a couple of slow days depresses me! Sorry! hah

So let’s see, here’s a quick run down of what I’ve been doing lately. Erin was in town last weekend and we had a blast! We went to the movies twice, went to a food festival, licked each other a bunch haha, swam in the pool naked and ate a lot of fruit. It was great!

We saw “Wanted“, which I really liked. Ok, yes, there are a MILLION things wrong with this movie, but I don’t care. No, we didn’t get enough background or details about the organization that recruited him. Yes, I hated the ending. No, I didn’t like that we can’t really tell whether there’s going to be a sequel.

I haven’t really been a huge fan of James McAvoy until recently when I saw “The Last King of Scotland“. I mean, sure, he did a great job as Tumnus the faun in “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”, but he hadn’t really captured me as a fan until then. But wow, he was sexy as hell as the doctor who dared to fuck Idi Amin’s wife.

As an action hero, I’m not quite sure I buy it. It’s the same slight reservation I have about Toby Maguire as Spiderman. He’s cute (not hot, but cute), he’s ripped, he’s kinda sexy? But he’s definitely more the “Sea Biscuit” and “The Cider House Rules” type than an action hero. You know what I’m saying?

Anyway, regardless of that, I enjoyed the action sequences, the “Matrix” style themes, the fact that there was room for my brain to interpret and conclude and the sense of “HA” that came with the ending. I liked it when we walked out of the theater and by an hour later, I upgraded that “like” to “really liked”. So that’s my opinion. Go see it and let me know what you think!

We also went and saw “You Don’t Mess With the Zohan” I hate myself for liking it and laughing as much as I did, but I did. End of story. It was utterly ridiculous, raunchy, retarded and funny as HELL. Maybe it was my frame of mind and I would have hated it if I’d gone the day before or after, but hey…whatever.

In other news, I’m back with the boy. Ok, yes, I’ll wait until the shocked gasps die down to continue…go ahead, I know you’re amazed.

Yes, the day I posted that last entry, I ended up answering his text. We started talking again and that Friday, he came to see me. Of course the sex was amazing, ask me about the new toys we used. You know how it goes. We saw each other again the following Wed. and then on Monday this week. He’s going out of town this weekend, but things are as good as they’ve ever been and I’m going with it.

I plan to do absolutely nothing today but take calls and do laundry. No, I won’t be doing them simultaneously … unless you bore the hell out of me? lol JUST KIDDING.

So now that the wedding and the mortgage crisis are both over, my roomies and I have extra time on our hands for getting our house back under control. It was getting kinda bad there for awhile and then our house keeper of 6 yrs. completely disappeared! So then it got really bad…but we’re slowly pulling things back together and looking for a new house keeper.

I can honestly say that I’m done with the boy now. It’s been almost two weeks since we’ve seen each other and over a week since we’ve talked. He texted me yesterday, but there was really nothing left to say. I feel like I’ve been in rehab for the past week and I’m finally starting to feel better. I am, however, masturbating like a mad woman…at least 2-3 times a day for the past week. I need to get laid. Soon.

Yesterday my roomies and I started planting our garden. It’s late in the season, but we never really get frost here, so it doesn’t really matter (at least that’s what “Gardening for Dummies” told me). We hadn’t had a garden for the past couple of years so it took a few days in the past month to clear out all the weeds and grass. Ugh, what a job.

We planted all the actual plants we have yesterday and we’ll probably plant the seeds tomorrow. I wasn’t really paying attention when I grabbed plants and I accidentally got TWELVE zucchini plants. Anyone who knows anything about gardening knows that we’re about to have zucchini coming out of our ears. Not literally. If you want some, just let me know and I’ll ship you a box if you kick me a few bucks for shipping. How funny would that be? “Yeah, my own personal phone sex girl grew this zucchini for me.”

We planted (and I’m sure you’re dying to know, but I really have nothing else to talk about so deal with it) the aforementioned zucchini, about 8 tomato plants, cucumbers, acorn squash, pumpkins, red bell peppers, poblano peppers, corn, the strawberries we put in last month (which are doing quite well) and some herbs in a big planter.

We have seeds for rainbow carrots, radishes, lettuce, zucchini (which I will NOT be planting), bush beans, bush peas and snow peas. It’ll be our first time planting the bush varieties of beans and peas, but I really didn’t want to deal with climbing plants this year. I did see in the book that people sometimes plant pole beans around the base of corn and it naturally climbs up the stalks. Maybe I’ll try that.

Anyway, as a vegetarian, I really enjoy eating produce that I myself have grown. I did realize, as we were planting, that I just grabbed some vegetable food off the shelves and didn’t even look to see what was in it. How hilarious that I buy almost exclusively organic produce at the grocery stores, but I’m probably not growing organic myself? DUH. Oh well, I plan to keep this garden going almost year round from now on, so I’ve got plenty of time to research and figure out what I should be doing.

Ooh, have you guys been watching “Last Comic Standing”? So far I’m not super impressed, but there are a couple of guys that I really like. Seriously, you MUST check this dude out. Dan Cummins Play the clip that’s in the “Bio” section. The delivery isn’t as good in this clip as it was on the show last week, but my GOD that made me laugh.

I’m going to assume that he didn’t make it very far though, since his myspace page is showing tour dates for this month. Lame. Oh well, I’d go see him live. I saw Josh Blue and Chris Porter a couple of years ago when they were touring. I definitely think Chris Porter is funnier, but they were both great. I love this show.

Due to the show, my roomie and I were in a funny mood when we went out to dinner on Sat. Her husband was finishing his cigarette outside and we went into the restaurant before he did. The hostess looked at us and asked how many would be in our party. We said 3. Then she looks at us and says, “Do you need any kid menus?” I was like “Uh, yeah, the 7 yr. old is parking the car right now. She’ll be right in.” ha ha Then at the table, I said, “I should have told her that the baby forgot his binky and he’d be crawling in any second.” HA HA!

I told my mom that and she said, “Well, someone could have been coming with a kid and dropping him or her off.” Good lord, mom…way to ruin a joke. I just thought it was a funny airhead kinda moment on the part of the hostess.

I don’t really have any plans soon. I took the weekend off cause I had a kick ass day on Friday with calls and I had a lot of fun. I went to a casino and played black jack with my roomie and we did a little shopping on Sunday, then watched “The Princess Bride”. It never gets old. NEVER.

My point is that I’ll probably be taking calls all day/evening. As I said, I’m feeling domestic, so I might run to the grocery store and pick up stuff to make some kind of intricate meal for me and my roomies…but otherwise, I’ll be around. Talk to you soon!
